Isaac Y. Addae, PhD, is a first-generation Ghanaian American, educator, social engineer, and change agent dedicated to transforming individuals, communities, and organizations. He is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Tennessee State University, conducting research in social entrepreneurship and teaching courses in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Isaac is also the Chief Strategy Officer at Pivot Technology School and the Managing Partner at HBCU Impact Capital. With 8 years of corporate experience in management, technology consulting, and business strategy across various industries, Isaac advises organizational leaders on diversity and inclusion strategies. He is the founder of Conscious Conversation, The Hub for Urban Entrepreneurship, and the 260 Change Fund, all focused on community engagement, minority business support, and investing in uplifting communities. Isaac leverages his industry and academic insights to foster purpose-driven cultures that embrace diversity, inclusion, and entrepreneurial thinking, helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. He has received multiple awards and serves on civic and nonprofit boards.
