He is the founder of Conscious Conversation, The Hub for Urban Entrepreneurship, and the 260 Change Fund, all focused on community engagement, minority business support, and investing in uplifting communities. Isaac leverages his industry and academic insights to foster purpose-driven cultures that embrace diversity, inclusion, and entrepreneurial thinking, helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. He has received multiple awards and serves on civic and nonprofit boards.
