Iryna Pakhomova is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the interiorscaping industry, showcasing a deep passion for plants and innovative business solutions.

She founded the First Floral Company in Kyiv in 2007, leading it to become Ukraine's largest provider of plant design services for corporate clients.

After earning her MBA from TIAS Business School in the Netherlands, Iryna ventured into a new challenge by co-founding Nurtio Technologies in 2018.

At Nurtio, she and her international team are pioneering the development of a smart virtual gardener that utilizes wireless sensors and artificial intelligence to revolutionize the interiorscaping industry.

Iryna remains deeply involved in the strategic direction of the First Floral Company, leveraging her expertise and technology advancements to drive excellence in plant services.

Her educational background includes studies in business administration, international management, and entrepreneurship from esteemed institutions like TIAS School for Business and Society and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Throughout her career, Iryna has held key roles in various organizations, including executive positions at Gazotron-Lux, Ukreximbank, and Office Solutions Ukraine, exhibiting a diverse skill set in marketing, communications, and management.
