Irvandias Sanjaya, also known as Dias, is a Certified Coach Practitioner and a seasoned Career Development Enthusiast with a diverse background spanning various industries.

He currently serves as a full-time Associate Coach at PT Samala Serasi Unggul (Rumah Siap Kerja) and participates in RevoU and IKIGAI Consulting as a Career Coach and External Expert, respectively.

Dias has over five years of experience in career coaching, amassing more than 150 coaching hours and aiding over 100 individuals in securing jobs.

His previous roles include a partnership manager at PT Gotong Royong Berdampak (Artemis Impact), involvement in impact consulting, and co-founding a disability-centered platform during his college years.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Dias is an accomplished national public speaker and trainer, having engaged with over 15,000 audiences and collaborated with numerous prestigious brands on topics such as career development, public speaking, and leadership.

He is a published author of four books and a co-host of the 'Ganteng-Ganteng Manchester United (GGMU) Podcast.' Additionally, Dias is dedicated to enhancing inclusive education in Indonesia through his foundation, Yayasan Disabilitas Berkarya Setara.

Dias has earned accolades in various international competitions and was recognized as a LinkedIn Power Profile in Social Impact 2018. He holds a degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and pursued additional studies in Social Entrepreneurship, Safety Management, and Korean Language and Literature.
