Irmansyah Putera

Irmansyah Putera is a seasoned venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and digital transformation evangelist, bringing over 10 years of experience in the dynamic tech startup landscape.

Before his current role as an Investment Manager at Finch Capital, Irman held the position of Head of Accelerator & Incubator at MDI Ventures, overseeing investments and incubation of 90+ startups in Indonesia.

Prior to transitioning into venture capitalism, Irman founded startups in the Netherlands & Indonesia, including Criticube, Elqava, and MakanCepat.

Irman is dedicated to collaborating with ecosystem players and founders in various sectors such as Consumer Lending, AutomotiveTech, AI, InsurTech, PropTech, and FinTech Enablers at Finch Capital.

His educational background includes a Master's Degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in International Bachelor in Communication & Media from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Irman was also a founding member of the Student Entrepreneurs Excellence Program, an initiative by Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship and The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among youths in the Netherlands.
