Irit Pollak

Irit Pollak is a strategic and participatory designer with a focus on social design and systems coaching.

She is currently engaged with Barnardo's Innovation Lab, working towards positive change in Children's social care.

As the co-founder of WADUP Productions, she collaborates with young individuals globally to create podcasts through slow storytelling.

With a background as the Design Research Lead at Doteveryone and a Design Strategist at Deloitte Australia, specializing in social impact, Irit brings a wealth of experience to her work.

Her academic pursuits include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Central Saint Martins, a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication with First Class Honours from University of Technology, Sydney, and completion of the Oxford Climate Emergency Programme in 2022 from the University of Oxford.

With a diverse range of roles in various organizations like Barnardo's, WADUP.LTD, Girlguiding, and Deloitte, Irit has demonstrated her expertise in social design and research.
