Irit Hillel is a seasoned expert in the Israeli hi-tech ecosystem with a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and investment. She holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Hillel currently works as a Partner at HP Tech Ventures, where she leads investments and partnerships. Previously, she held various roles including Board Director at ISI - ImageSat International, Managing Director at Magnolia Capital Partners/Thomas Weisel Partners Israel, Head of Interactive at Animation Lab, and Head of Europe, Mattel Interactive at Mattel, Inc. She was also a co-founder and Executive Vice President at PrintPaks, Inc.

Hillel has an extensive network in the startup and investment community and is well connected in the local ecosystem. Her professional background and entrepreneurial spirit make her an expert in identifying promising startups and driving their growth.

In her free time, Hillel serves as an Advisory Board member for BioGaming and is a former Board Director at Radcom. She is passionate about innovation, technology, and helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
