Throughout her career, Iris has been involved in various roles such as photographer, teacher, workshop facilitator, journalist, costume assistant, copywriter, and more, in organizations like Iris Kelly Reflections, Cultuurcentrum Strombeek, and Muntpunt.
She has also worked with Graffiti vzw and ToekomstATELIERdelAvenir (TADA) VZW/ASBL, displaying her commitment to arts education and mentorship.
