Iris Chae

Iris Chae is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic partnerships, business development, and management consulting.

She has been a key figure at Meta (formerly Facebook) since 2014, where she leads and manages deals and partnerships with strategic partners in the mobile ecosystem to enhance the company's products.

Before her tenure at Meta, Iris worked as a management consultant, collaborating with clients from various sectors like retail, hospitality, and higher education on strategic planning, organizational design, and change management.

Her educational journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Management & Organization from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Iris has also studied at INSEAD as an exchange student, delved into Economics and Chinese at Northwestern University, and honed her Chinese language skills at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Throughout her career, Iris has held roles such as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Business Development & Partnerships, MBA Summer Intern in Global Business Marketing at Facebook, and management roles at Accenture and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
