Irina Butnaru

Irina Butnaru is a professional with a diverse background in sociology and human resources. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, along with a Master's degree in Sociologie from the same institution and a Licentiate degree in Sociology from Universität Konstanz.

Irina has held various key roles in prominent organizations, showcasing her expertise in HR services and leadership. Currently, she serves as the Delivery Director of HR Services and Romania Country Lead at Conduent. Previously, she was an Associate Professor of Human Resources at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. Irina has also held significant positions at Xerox, including Global Ops Support and HR Administration Services Lead, Head of Europe HR Services, and COO's Chief of Staff. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at XLW Star.
