Irina Blinova

Irina Blinova is a Senior Executive with a strong background in the accounting industry, specializing in internal audit, risk management, operational, and people management. She is an alumna of Thunderbird School of Global Management and is actively involved in speaking at conferences focusing on people management and IT audit. Irina played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the PwC Academy in Ukraine, which currently offers 10 international certifications across various fields. Over the years, she and her team have successfully organized and hosted 1500+ educational events with over 10,000 attendees. Irina's passion lies in innovating the Ukrainian audit community by providing free educational events on finance management and collaborating with universities to raise student awareness of career opportunities.
