Irene To is a professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various strategic and consulting roles.

She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biomedical Sciences, achieving Second Class First Honours (Distinction) and completed the International Baccalaureate with an impressive score of 44/45 at Sevenoaks School.
