With a background in linguistics and cross-cultural communication, she spent a decade working in international relations at the Mexican Embassy in Brazil and the Brazilian Embassy in Argentina.

She is the visionary behind an innovative Spanish language learning methodology tailored to Brazilians, particularly focusing on the corporate environment.

Irene excels in designing and executing strategic Spanish language learning projects that significantly impact the personal and professional development of Brazilian participants.

Her expertise extends to corporate university projects and she has led the implementation of various corporate education programs in São Paulo and Recife, notably at SondaIT, a leading technology company.

Having trained over 1000 professionals, including presidents, high-level executives, and teams from top companies in different sectors, Irene's language training programs stand out especially in the IT industry.

In terms of education, Irene Neves has studied in Spain, specializing in Spanish, as well as linguistics and history in Brazil.
