Irene Halforty

Irene Halforty is a well-rounded commercial lawyer who specializes in legal and regulatory advice, corporate restructuring, intellectual property, privacy, cyber and technology, and complex commercial agreements. She is a member of various organizations such as the Communications, Entertainment and Technology Law (CET) Committee of the NSW Young Lawyers Society (NSWYLS), the Law Society of NSW Privacy & Data Committee, and CAMLA. Additionally, she has experience in marketing-communications, providing her invaluable insights into legal aspects of the IT industry and brand protection. Irene holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction from UNSW and a Bachelor of International Communications from Macquarie University.
