Perform tasks associated with the collection and management of the corporate accounts receivable processes and to ensure timely and accurate handling of past due/delinquent accounts.  Include such processes as interacting via phone and written communication with internal and external customers, members and brokers regarding the collection of premium due on these accounts. Coordinating and supporting the policy cancellation, reinstatement, and appeal process, with Membership, Customer Service, Underwriting, and Marketing related to Group premium delinquency. Recording and maintaining NSF check return item master log, notifies responsible party for resolution and tracks all returned checks. Analyzing and researching incoming payments and reconciling daily deposits and cash transactions to ensure that the corporate funds / assets are maintained and protected.
