Irene Boni is a seasoned general management executive with a strong international background, specializing in technology, data, and digital experience. She has a proven track record in building and launching new businesses while also accelerating the growth of existing ones.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università Di Bologna. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Business from Columbia Business School and IESE Business School. Additionally, she studied at Collegio Superiore in Bologna.

Throughout her career, Irene has held various key roles in prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Talent Garden. Previously, she held positions such as Non-Executive Director at Edizione S.R.L., Safilo, and Axerve. She was also a Senior Advisor for Digital and E-Commerce at The Boston Consulting Group.

Irene Boni's extensive professional journey includes roles in transformative positions at Yoox Net-A-Porter Group where she served as A.I. Chief Technology Officer, Co-Chief Operating Officer, Post-Merger Integration and Operational Excellence Director, Interim Human Resources and Organization Director, Co-General Manager, New Business Director, Corporate Development Manager, and in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. She also gained experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, a New Business Development Intern at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA), and an Investment Analyst at Protostar Partners.
