She formerly served as a Principal and Managing Director at TSG Consumer Partners, where she honed her skills in the Consumer and Retail sectors.

Prior to this, Irena Blind was the Senior Vice President of the Retail and Consumer Investment Banking Group at Raymond James Financial, Inc., illustrating her proficiency in Investment Banking.

Her experience also includes roles such as Vice President at both Stephens Inc., Industrial Renaissance, and SMH Capital, each contributing to her extensive knowledge in the industry.
