Ireland Adgate is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, along with a Minor in Entrepreneurship, achieved with Cum Laude honors from Miami University.

During their academic journey, Ireland also broadened their horizon by studying abroad in Barcelona through the IES Abroad program, enriching their global perspective and cultural awareness.

With a diverse professional background, Ireland has served in various roles, including their current position as an Optimization & Innovation Analyst at Kepler, where they continue to excel in optimizing processes and driving innovation.

Prior to their role at Kepler, Ireland showcased their entrepreneurial spirit as a Creative Entrepreneurial Consultant at the John W. Altman Institute for Entrepreneurship and as a Co-Founder of RXFX, focusing on creativity and strategic business development.

Furthermore, Ireland gained valuable experience through internships at esteemed organizations like Steelcase and Inn at Bay Harbor, where they honed their skills in materials management and human resources, respectively.

Ireland's versatility is evidenced by their time as a Tour Guide at Miami University, illustrating their passion for sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and as a Personal Assistant at Boyne Resorts, where organizational skills and attention to detail were paramount.
