He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy, Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University, and a Master of Science from Bowie State University. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Skyline Technology Solutions and has previously held positions as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, advisor at Cylance Inc., President at Secure Mentem, and Global Security Strategist at CSC Consulting, among others.
