Rebecca Paul

Ira Berg is a highly experienced senior executive and attorney with over 28 years of business, legal, and marketing experience. He has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Washington University in St. Louis.

Throughout his career, Ira has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Ext. Marketing Inc., Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Ovis Creative, LLC, and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Amida Capital Management II, LLC. He has also served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at World Wrestling Entertainment.

Ira is a gifted team-builder and manager known for his quick thinking and problem-solving abilities. He has a keen sense of ethics and integrity and is passionate about engineering the best business solution within a business and legal framework. He enjoys working collaboratively in a goal-oriented culture.

In his previous roles, Ira has developed strong skills in business development, building businesses, and managing people. He has also served as a Partner at Gaulin Group LLP, a Senior Associate Attorney at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and an Associate Attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

Ira has also completed a Federal Clerkship with Honorable Joel B. Rosen, United States District Court.
