Ipshita Nayyar

Ipshita Nayyar is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing, consumer insights, and digital strategy.

She holds a PGDM in Marketing from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.

Ipshita also has a strong foundation in French language and literature, having studied DELF A2 at Alliance Francaise.

Her academic journey began at The Daly College, where she excelled in Mathematics and Science.

In her professional career, Ipshita has held key roles at prestigious organizations such as Jindal Stainless, Tata Steel, Siemens, and MindTree Ltd.

At Jindal Stainless, she served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and later as the Manager of Strategic Content and Internal Communications.

During her tenure at Tata Steel, Ipshita contributed her expertise as the Manager of Consumer Insights and Digital, as well as the Corporate Communications Manager.

Her career kick-started with a role as a Management Trainee at Siemens and as a Programmer Analyst at MindTree Ltd.
