Ines Lopez

Ines Lopez is a highly experienced leader with a passion for engineering cultures where people can thrive and become the best version of themselves. With over five years of experience leading diverse groups, Lopez has helped create transformative experiences that encourage people to collaborate, embrace technology and innovation, and ultimately, become better versions of themselves.

Lopez has studied Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Hyper Island and Audiovisual Communication, Cinematography and Film/Video Production at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Additionally, she has also studied Audiovisuelle Komunikation at Universität der Künste Berlin.

Lopez has held several positions at Hyper Island, including Head of Methodology & Development, Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, and Online Course Leader. She has also served as a Facilitator and Design Lead at The Zone Partnership, a Masters Thesis at Doberman, the Communication Manager (Freelance) at Enkarzine Shortfilm Festival, and as a Senior Visual Designer at Grupo Proyeccion - ETB. Before that, she worked as a Camerawoman & Video postproduction at Tele 7 and a Graphic Designer at Töchter+Söhne.

Her areas of expertise include leadership, facilitation, team building, program management, and visual communication design.
