Indra Spronk

Indra Spronk is a versatile professional with a background in international communication and a passion for diversity and women's rights. Currently working as a lecturer in Dutch, English, and Intercultural Communication at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, she also juggles roles as a freelance translator, editor, and communication officer.

With a Master's degree in Multilingual Professional Communication and a strong focus on internationalism, Indra's expertise extends to external communication, internationalization in business and higher education, as well as expat and immigration issues. Her extensive experience in coordinating diverse tasks and projects showcases her organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Having delved into the realm of education after completing her studies, Indra has taught a wide range of age groups, from toddlers to retirees, but her true passion lies in higher education. She currently imparts knowledge in subjects such as Business Dutch, English for Public Managers, and Intercultural Communication at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Aside from her academic role, Indra also offers part-time services in editing English texts and translations between English and Dutch.

Indra's educational journey includes a diverse range of qualifications, from studying Gymnasium at Atlas College to pursuing degrees in International Business & Communication, Heritage Studies, and Humanities with outstanding academic achievements.

Throughout her career, Indra has been associated with various organizations, serving in roles such as a freelance editor and translator, language instructor, communication officer, and consular officer. Her extensive background spans across educational institutions, non-profits, embassies, and governmental departments, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different professional settings.
