Responsible for assisting Business Manager with Accounting and HR related tasks.
Prepare HR forms for background checks, new hires/termination, I-9's, W-4's, and badges.
Access payroll preparation and transmittal, time away for all employees, records employee’s information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, and termination date, and any disciplinary actions that may occur.  
Sets up and maintains spreadsheets.  
Performed general office management duties and maintaining confidentiality. 
Provide payroll support to other accounting professionals  
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
 Generate security reports weekly and report to Vice President/General Manager 
Special projects as assigned by VP, Directors, and Executive Assistant

Assist Business Manager with month-end related projects, generates daily
 pacing report for both station and weekly report for Corporate. 
Scan checks daily into system and transmit to Corporate Offices  
Assist vendors and department assistants with payment status inquiries, assist dept. with month expense accruals.  
Responsible for end of month closing and billing for both stations; generate and mail invoices and statements each month  
Assists in providing support in absence of the administrative assistant, responsible for verifying correct coding, and process invoices to Corporate for payment for two stations 
General administrative duties including receptionist, order and maintain of supplies, photocopying,
 fax, typing, and filing

Responsible for providing quality guest services that include registration and check-out, phone operations, mail and message service, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.  
Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. 
Prepare and review daily reports/logs  
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance  
Answer Multiple phone lines 
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. 
Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops. 
Make and confirm reservations. 
Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. 
Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary. 
Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or telephone switchboards.
