I co-founded One Up Action with the goal of creating a platform in which marginalized young people and adults alike could learn how to effectively take direct action in their own communities to combat the climate crisis when people in positions of power are not.

- Devised the executive and chapter organizational structure, and recruited, trained, unified, and supervised an administrative team
that has gone on to impact 50k people through its climate action programming.
- Completely branded the organization from scratch, including creating the website, messaging, and visuals.
- Led the planning of the nonprofit’s launch event and secured multiple celebrity supporters and company sponsors.

Inspired by my personal experiences and motivated by those around me I founded Dream Equal when I was 16 years old. In doing so, I hoped to combat the gender-based issues I faced growing up. While researching for ways to take action against gender inequality, I came across many unaddressed issues within the current gender equality movement and decided to found Dream Equal to confront those issues. The organization was originally created to serve my hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska but, after much demand, on January 1, 2020 Dream Equal launched globally with the resources for people to start a movement anywhere in the world that they are based.

Dream Equal is now a global youth-led organization with members in over 17 countries. The organization is revolutionary, tackling gender inequality in ways no one has ever done before.

- Recruited, organized, trained, and managed an international part-time staff of 40 people and 14 full-time summer interns dedicated to empowering all people to realize their full potential, regardless of gender.
- Launched 35+ chapters in 17 countries averaging 24 members each and reached over 10k people through gender-sensitivity programming with advocacy, education, and empowerment components.
- Secured over $30k of funding from multiple companies, including GAP inc. and Blue Mercury Cosmetics.
