Imogen is dedicated to crafting a people strategy at Infogrid that is in harmony with the company's mission and values. Her expertise lies in various HR domains, including handling organizational change, design, culture, engagement, and management development. She holds a CIPD certification and a master's degree in occupational psychology, enabling her to leverage the latest research and best practices to assist leaders in addressing complex challenges.

Imogen Kelly's educational background includes an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University. Throughout her career, she has held significant roles in various organizations, such as Vice President Human Resources, Head of People Experience, and Lead People Partner at Infogrid. Prior to her time at Infogrid, Imogen gained experience as the Head of HR at ITN, Senior HR Business Partner at BT, and in different HR capacities at News UK, General Pharmaceutical Council, and Centre for Public Health.
