She is fluent in three languages, namely English, French, and Spanish.

During her tenure at PepsiCo, Imene held various leadership positions including Director Talent Acquisition CoE Executive, Employer Branding Campus, and diversity attraction, Talent Acquisition Team Leader for different regions such as Iberia, Benelux, France, Germany, Nordics, and Switzerland, and Head of Talent Acquisition for Functions in South West Europe and South Africa.

Imene Zidi has also served in roles like Talent Acquisition Team Lead for West Europe and Functional hiring at PepsiCo, Talent Acquisition Manager IT - Finance & Commercial Division for Europe at PepsiCo, and as a Recruiter at Google.

Before her time at PepsiCo, she worked as an ERP Recruitment Team Manager in London at K2 Partnering Solutions and as a Project Manager at Adecco.
