Ilya Partin

Ilya Partin, CFA, is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and a wealth of experience in the realms of M&A, private equity, and venture capital.

He pursued a PhD in Economics at the Moscow Academy of State and Municipal Management, and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management from the Higher School of Economics. Additionally, he obtained a MA in Economics and Management from Humboldt University of Berlin.

Ilya currently serves as a Partner specializing in M&A, PE, and VC at Brayne. His previous roles include being a Lecturer in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, a Partner in M&A at Neo Centre Consulting Group, a Senior Consultant in the Financial Advisory Services Department at Deloitte, and a Director at NHCapital.

Prior to these positions, Ilya gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Capital IG, a Trainee in the Corporate Finance department at the Investment Banking Group NikOil (now Uralsib). His diverse professional journey has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set and deep expertise in the financial domain.
