Ilona has served as a Project Lead for Startup in Residence at Gemeente Amsterdam, holding a key role in the CTO Innovatieteam, and has gained valuable experience as a Project Assistant at the same organization.

Prior to her current role, she has honed her skills in project assistance and research at Let it Grow Organisation, and has been a Trainee at Starters4Communities, showcasing her diverse experience in various professional settings.
