Ilona's expertise includes artificial intelligence in human mind modeling, compatibility assessments for romantic, workplace, and team settings, emotional intelligence training, statistics, HR management, pre-employment testing, career and leadership development, as well as talent management.

With a PhD in clinical sciences from the Medical School of Sherbrooke University and post-doctoral training in psychiatric genetics at McGill University, Ilona has a strong academic background in the field.
