Ildiko Schultz, often referred to as "Ildi," is a community volunteer at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and has a significant background in the insurance industry. She held various leadership roles over a nearly 40-year career, culminating as an Accounting Operations Director before her retirement. Post-retirement, she transitioned into teaching and volunteering, contributing to both educational and community efforts.
At Harper College, Ildiko is involved in developing and teaching in the Insurance Apprenticeship Program, where she helped design the curriculum and integrate practical job knowledge into her teaching. She is also a master trainer in Diversity and Inclusion and an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified administrator.1234
In addition to her work at the hospital and college, Ildi serves as a commissioner for the Village of Lake Zurich Planning and Zoning Commission, reflecting her commitment to community service.1 She lives in Lake Zurich, Illinois, and has a family that includes a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren, along with two stepdaughters and six additional grandchildren spread across the country.1
