Ilana Holman is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 25 years of experience in managing and accompanying financial systems and implementing systemic transverse processes. Her expertise lies in dealing with companies caught in crises, mergers, and acquisitions.

Having served as a CFO at leading companies such as Kabiran, Polizio, and Psagot Galil Golan Corporation ("Bereishit" brand), Holman founded Holman's Ltd. Financial Management from a sense of mission to help businesses succeed safely and correctly. Through this, she provides services such as business consulting, outsourced financial management services (CFO on demand), and submission of funding applications from federal funds such as the State-guaranteed fund and Northern IL fund.

Holman's skills and expertise include preparation of business plans in various industries, working with the banking system, submitting plans for obtaining funding from state-guaranteed funds, changing the culture of financial management, working methods, control, and reporting while providing a high level of service.

Additionally, Holman is a personal training graduate for businesses, providing her with additional effective tools. She prides herself as someone with people skills, providing clients with an immediate connection and creating a long-term and real “working-affair.”

Holman's personal interests include assembling puzzles of 1000's of pieces, Pilates, walking, field trips, being a dog lover raising Labrador for 17 years, recently adopting a stunning 5-year-old that a family gave up, and loving the sea, and beach promenade walking every day opens her heart & soul.
