Ilana Diamond

Ilana Diamond is a highly accomplished businesswoman with a diverse background in economics, biology, and marketing. She studied at Northwestern University and went on to complete her MBA in Marketing and Strategy, also at Northwestern. She is currently a Managing Partner at 412 Venture Fund LP, a venture capital firm. Throughout her career, Ilana has held several leadership positions, such as Managing Director at Riverfront Ventures LLC, and Executive in Residence at Pittsburgh Equity Partners. She has also served as the President and CEO of both Sima Products Corp and Metis Secure Solutions.

Ilana has significant experience in strategy consulting at Price Waterhouse and in product planning and development. She has an impressive track record in the hardware industry, as evidenced by her tenure as Managing Director of Hardware and AlphaLab Gear at Innovation Works. In this role, she invested in hardware and robotics companies while also providing them with the resources and guidance they needed to grow.
