Presently, Ike oversees a diverse portfolio through Lionshare, which includes Lionshare Real Estate, Lionshare Energy (The Fuel Company), Lionshare Transport, Lionshare Hospitality, and Lionshare Services. His investment companies collectively employ over 1,000 individuals, showcasing his dedication to creating opportunities and contributing to economic growth.

In line with his vision of impact and value addition, Ike is concentrating on forging partnerships to elevate his businesses further. He has diversified into private equity management with Lionshare Private Equity and BEE partnerships through Lionshare Empowered Partners. Additionally, Ike's philanthropic pursuits led him to establish the One Moment Foundation, aiming to assist the less fortunate with basic needs and educational support.
