Iina Heinonen is a dedicated individual with a strong passion for Human Resources and a focus on Lifelong Learning and Education. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Tampere, Iina has a diverse educational background that includes Business studies with a specialization in Human Resources, Company Law, and Communication.

With a keen interest in fostering creativity and bringing forth new ideas, Iina aspires to contribute to the field of HR by emphasizing teamwork and collaboration. Her professional interests lie in learning at work, employer branding, collective agreements, and fostering well-being in the workplace.

Having gained valuable experience as an HR Trainee at Vaisala, Iina values new opportunities as avenues for personal growth and continuous learning. Her strong belief in the power of cooperation and support for others underscores her approach to work and professional development.

Iina's educational journey includes studying Master's degrees in Learning and education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and Lifelong Learning and Education at Tampere University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Lifelong Learning and Education from Tampere University and completed her High School education with a Matriculation examination at Herttoniemen yhteiskoulun lukio.

Throughout her career, Iina has held various roles that have contributed to her professional growth and skill development. These include positions such as Human Resources Trainee, Trainee, Communications Trainee, Chief Instructor, Service Advisor, Assignment Coordinator, and Interpreter Coordinator at respected organizations like Vaisala, Tampereen Katehuolto Oy, Tampere University, Elisa, Semantix Finland, Helvar, and A-Tulkkaus Oy.
