Igor Pavlov

Igor Pavlov is an experienced professional with a strong background in international corporate finance and M&A. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, as well as a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Exeter.

Throughout his career, Pavlov has held various positions in different organizations. He is currently a Senior Associate Advisory at CrossBoundary, where he provides strategic advice on investments and transactions, identifying potential investment opportunities and developing financial models to ensure they meet clients' objectives. Previously, he worked as an Advisory Associate at CrossBoundary, focusing on energy and infrastructure investments. Before that, he gained experience in investment banking as a Healthcare Investment Banker at Jefferies and in China cross-border M&A at DealGlobe.

Pavlov's expertise lies in corporate finance, emerging markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He is skilled in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring, and he has a deep understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors. He is also interested in impact investing, private equity, and economic development.
