Ignacio Fuentes is a seasoned professional in the energy industry, with over twelve years of experience and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is recognized as an expert in the solar photovoltaic market in Europe and the USA, having successfully developed and built more than 220 MW of Distributed Generator and Utility Scale projects in the USA.

Ignacio's expertise extends to navigating energy policies, engaging in complex contract negotiations including Land Use Entitlements, Interconnection and Transmission Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, EPC contracts, Project Finance, and Purchase and Sale Agreements for utility-scale renewable energy assets. He also excels in managing relationships with investors, showcasing his adeptness in various facets of the energy sector.

Ignacio Fuentes holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.). He has held key positions in reputable organizations such as Brightmark, where he currently serves as the Director of Project Development, Idemitsu Renewables, X-Elio, Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd, and boasts a diverse background in roles ranging from Project Engineer to Purchasing Engineer to Business Development Manager.
