During her tenure at TEF, she oversaw the flourishing operations of the Foundation’s flagship entrepreneurship program and its extensive pan-African alumni network, enriching the entrepreneurial landscape across the continent.
Ifeoma's expertise is further underscored by her notable role as the Chief Executive Officer of 360 Brains & Brawn Ltd. Here, she conceptualized and executed the innovative CEO hub—a series of lectures designed to empower and upskill small and medium enterprises (SME) CEOs. Her experience extends across Sub-Saharan Africa, where she has contributed her skills at renowned multinational corporations, including Procter & Gamble, Diageo, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Ifeoma Okafor-Obi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria (UNN), which serves as a foundation for her analytical and strategic thinking in business development.
