Ian has held various roles in different organizations, including being the former CEO & Co-founder of Phalanx, Senior Software Engineer - Cyber in the United States Army Reserve, Entrepreneur - Cohort Member at Tampa Bay Wave and Techstars, Venture Fellow at Venture Cooperative, Data Scientist at Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), Technical Program Manager at IDT, Software Engineer - Cyber in the US Army, as well as various positions in Human Resources and Software Engineering at the US Army. He has also interned at MITRE and Innovative Defense Technologies.
