I founded and lead the Professional Services division at Pathmatics/Sensor Tower.  Started from nothing, we now have a team of consultants and data enrichment professionals to service clients' custom data needs across all our platforms.  We boast some of the largest clients in media, retail media, technology, and consumer goods, a 0% churn record, and planned growth for the coming years.

•	Developed Sensor Tower's premier Retail Media Competitive Intelligence product.  Recognized market need, led the operations and planning of the service, led marketing and outreach efforts and engaged with all business development/networking to bring the product to market.
•	Developed the client service operations for the Pro Services team ensuring high touch enagements with leading clients across multiple industries.
•	Collaborate with all Sensor Tower revenue and client management orgs to ensure ongoing success of clients and to identify opportunities for growth.
•	Lead innovation efforts across our brand and agency verticals to identify products and services ideal for those clients.

Pathmatics provides digital advertising intelligence to the world's largest advertisers, agencies, publishers, and ad tech providers. Our unique technology and proprietary methodology is built for the programmatic age and provides the deepest intelligence on how ads are delivered across social, display, mobile, tablet, video, and native placements. 

I lead Pathmatics' Professional Services group, providing our Custom product to clients.  In this capacity, we work hand in hand with clients to provide custom data feeds, custom tagging, custom dashboards and custom reports.  Clients include some of the largest industry leaders in the country today.

ServiceTitan is a SaaS startup with $300MM valuation, $80MM in funding, 200+ employees, and 200% annual growth.  I managed ServiceTitan’s relationships with all industry trade associations, collectively representing more than 450 clients and nearly 50% of ServiceTitan’s annual revenue.
•	Negotiated and implemented annual contracts and revenue sharing agreements.
•	Partnered with ServiceTitan’s sales team to maximize sales opportunities with every partner and at all events.
•	Wrote and implemented ServiceTitan’s 2017 association strategy, expected to increase revenues from associations 25%.  Developed the strategy with other ST teams to ensure viability and buy-in across the company.  
•	Collaborated with each partner and their bus dev teams to create mutually beneficial programs to support their members while driving up ServiceTitan’s customer acquisition; at trade shows and other events.
•	Mobilized cross-functional resources within ServiceTitan on nearly every project:
   o	Aligned all internal ST organizations with each association’s business practices by creating a taskforce with sales, onboarding, customer support, product development, and association staff.  
   o	Collaborated with product development to create special software editions for each association.
   o	Maximized the utility of each cross-partner program by collaborating with sales and customer support.

ServiceTitan

Led the beverage marketing team, managing POM’s $26MM budget through successful “Crazy Healthy” and “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC) campaigns, driving verified 24% growth, more than double any leading competitor. 
• Led POM’s American Ninja Warrior integration by managing a cross-functional team including NBC, POM’s creative agency, PR, sales, plant operations, and others resulting in the most comprehensive campaign in POM history, spanning on-course branding and product placement, a digital campaign, in-store sweeps, and press.
• Led POM’s Crazy Healthy campaign, developing four commercial spots, buying more than $25MM in TV media and $1MM in print media, spearheading companion digital and Point-of-Sale campaigns.
• Worked hand-in-hand with POM’s sales team to support sales cycle, in-store promotions and trade marketing.
• Performed regular market research using IRI, SPINs, Mintel, and Dunnhumby, and commission multiple consumer insights studies analyzing the premium juice category, POM’s consumer segments, and campaign performance.
• Acted as brand operations hub, coordinating activities between sales, trade marketing, plant operations, and finance, reporting to senior leadership and company owners Stewart and Lynda Resnick.  
• Managed team of direct reports, providing guidance to navigate the complex organization.

Founded a new social enterprise producing a new line of bottled iced tea called Tēvolution.  $.25 from each bottle of tea is donated to high-impact charities.  

I grew the Tēvolution footprint more than 30 times year over year, tripling sales, through efforts including business development, strategic alliances, strategic partner management, and organizational development.  I created an exceptional web, mobile and social media marketing platform integrating text messaging and mobile internet with Facebook and Twitter.  Managed Purpose Beverages' public relations efforts, achieving media mentions in the Washington Post, HuffingtonPost, and other news outlets and blogs.  Named Top Cause Brand of 2011 by the HuffingtonPost.

Developed Tēvolution's sales network on the East Coast, and achieved sales at all area Whole Foods.  Pitched to more than 50 investors securing seed round investment.

As a management consultant, I led large teams in the delivery of high-impact strategy projects to publicly traded commercial clients in telecommunications and energy management, and the US Air Force.  I worked hand in hand with client's senior management and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery and exceeding expectations.  Projects spanned marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media, operations and business process improvement.  In each role it was required to excel at market research, market intelligence, business planning, marketing and communications planning, stakeholder interviewing, leading workshops and business development.  

Key Project Highlights:
• Managed the Air Force's Energy Awareness Month campaign with more than 15 initiatives designed to drive awareness of the Air Force's Energy program.
• Created a social media strategy for the Air Force including a Facebook page that met and exceeded every performance metric, a Twitter-based campaign to build community and communicate the AF’s renewable energy program, videos aimed at target audiences, and a PR plan to deliver articles to the public through the general press and social media.
• Designed a marketing strategy for a progressive utility to promote the rollout of a $500 million smart metering initiative, with the goal of encouraging large-scale customer adoption and regulatory approval.
• Developed advanced meter management processes for field operations, supply chain management, asset management, and data management for a large utility client serving 3.5M customers.

•	Identified untapped private tutoring niche in test preparation industry and developed a business model providing high-caliber tutors to students nationwide, working with more than 300 students annually.
•	Identified and negotiated strategic partnerships across industry verticals, providing licensed content for students and increasing web visibility.  Efforts resulted in a 20% increase in acquisitions, reducing cost per acquisition 15%.
•	Created web 2.0 campaign, resulting in revenue increases of more than 500% compared with 2007.  Included partnership with About.com providing online content to more than 400K viewers daily, IL company blog, submission of content to partner blogs, participation in online forums, and development of Facebook application.
