Ian Sharpe is a Senior IT Professional with a diverse background in designing, developing, and implementing complex, multi-technology projects for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. With a natural talent for scoping projects and presenting to customers, he possesses an innate ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical people. His solid consulting skills, influencing ability at board-levels, and experience-based knowledge of varied technologies and platforms have established him as a trustable point of technical authority and subject matter expert in Cloud, Virtualization, Microsoft infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, design and delivery of private, hybrid, and public cloud systems.

Ian Sharpe studied The Open Degree at The Open University and obtained a Licenciateship in Information Technology from City and Guilds of London Institute. He started his professional journey with CommunicAid ltd as a Service Technician-Team Leader, after which he worked with Meridian Audio Ltd, Nokia Mobility Professional Services, Techies Ltd, Computer Network Services Ltd, and SystemsUp Limited in various roles briefly. He has delivered projects as an Engagement Lead at SystemsUp Limited, a Cloud Enablement Lead at Nordcloud, and is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Kenzan.
