Ian Norden

Ian Norden is the Executive Director and Head of Funding Solutions at Addendum Financial Technologies. Addendum is a global, award-winning African fintech company that provides funding solutions via its platform.3 The company was started in 2014 with the goal of challenging the status quo of the inflexible and opaque financial market.1 In 2021, Addendum rebranded to reflect the increasingly online world and the demand for transparency, simplicity, and value.1

Norden is also on LinkedIn as iannorden.3 He enjoys working on projects that build secure solutions directly into SDLC pipelines, such as SAST/DAST/SCA, container assurance, and cloud posture management systems, including far-left IAC Scanners.2 He focuses primarily within Cloud and Application Security teams.2

Norden's roles at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)::

• Built the CloudSec team at ICE, scaling it from one to four engineers.2
• Returned to lead and own the ICE Bug Bounty program and automate its findings pipeline.2
• Owned the buildout and maintenance of the vulnerability scanning program.2
• First member of the Red Team.2

Prior to working at ICE, Norden was part of a broad InfoSec team coordinating DFIR investigation, SIEM alert response, and vulnerability management.2
