Ian McGrady-Beach is an accomplished business professional with a background in sales, management, and community development. After earning a BA in Business Management from Whitworth University and an MBA from Eastern Washington University, Ian began his career as an Intramural Sports Coordinator at his alma mater, where he developed his leadership and organizational skills. He later worked for King Beverage Inc. in Craft Spirits Sales and Portfolio Management, where he honed his sales and marketing abilities. Ian has also worked in the food and hospitality industry, serving as an Assistant Manager, Bartender, and Server at various establishments.

Currently, Ian serves as the Community Development Manager for Washington State for Shea Homes, where he is responsible for managing the relationships between the company and the community. He was initially hired as a Leadership Development Associate, overseeing training and development programs for the organization's employees.
