Ian Machan

Ian Machan is an accomplished trusted advisor to senior executives with over 35 years of experience leading change in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain businesses. With a degree in Mech Eng. from Imperial College London, Ian has a diverse range of experience across the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries and has been exposed to FDA and MHRA audits. He has held executive positions in multiple organizations, most recently as the Commercial Director of The Advanced Services Group. Ian has also served as a trustee for Keyworth and District Community Concern and Senior Industrial Fellow at Aston Business School, among other roles. He has expertise in advanced services growth, product development, and project management.
