Ian Howcroft

Ian Howcroft is an accomplished professional with a strong background in leadership and policy development.

He pursued his education at Western University and McMaster University, where he studied Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.

Currently, Ian serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Skills Ontario, showcasing his expertise in the field of skills development and training.

Prior to his current role, Ian held various key positions at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, including Senior Vice President of Provincial Operations and Corporate Counsel, Vice President of Ontario, Director of Human Resources Policy, and Employee Relations Policy Advisor.

Ian's extensive experience also includes working as an Employment Standards Officer at the Ontario Ministry Of Labour.

With a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors, Ian Howcroft has demonstrated his skills in strategic decision-making, policy formulation, and organizational management.
