Ian Hart

Ian Hart is the owner and creator of EarthFIT LLC, a personal training company with three locations in Beaufort, SC, and New Fairfield, CT.

EarthFIT LLC has experienced rapid growth, expanding five times in four years since its establishment in 2009 due to the effectiveness of the EarthFIT fitness formula in delivering quick and significant results in a safe manner.

In addition to EarthFIT, Ian is the co-owner of Relief4life, a successful back pain relief system with international reach, licensed to fitness companies and available online at Backpainrelief4life.com.

Relief4Life has been distributed in over 27 countries globally and boasts an extensive database of video testimonials from individuals who have found relief from back pain through the system.

Ian and his programs have gained recognition in various publications and TV stations including Men's Health Magazine, OK! Magazine, SELF Magazine, GQ Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, FOX Morning Show, NY1 News, and CBS among others.

Ian Hart's expertise lies in fitness and back pain relief, holding certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) alongside various other industry credentials.

He pursued a B.S. in Accounting at Marymount Manhattan College and also studied at Western Connecticut State University.

Throughout his career, Ian has been associated with organizations like Empire State, HARTCORE LLC, and Relief4Life in different ownership and managerial capacities.

His previous roles include being a PT Manager at Crunch Fitness and a Fitness Manager at Equinox and Equinox Fitness Inc.
