Driven by a passion for sports, Ian, along with his Co-Founder Danny Cavic, recognized the importance of mental fitness in achieving peak performance.

Their personal experiences as athletes led them to focus on the power of the mind as a critical tool for success in sports.

Restoic's mission is to help athletes enhance their mental game, improve consistency, and reach optimal athletic performance.

Ian Gulbransen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications; Advertising from California State University-Fullerton and an Associate of Arts in Marketing and Sales from Orange Coast College.

With a rich professional background, Ian has served in various roles including Sales & Marketing in North America at NURVV, Director of Regional Field Operations at Postmates, Channel Marketing & Business Development in the Americas at Jawbone, Product Marketing in North America at Jawbone, Director of Client Services for Jawbone at MarketSource Inc., and Senior Account Manager for Licensed Team Sports at Nike.

Committed to giving back, Restoic pledges 10% of its net proceeds to non-profit organizations focused on youth sports participation and mental health.
