Ian DiOrio, D.Min, MHA, is a compassionate and thoughtful Chaplain, Spiritual Leader, and healthcare professional with nearly 15 years of experience in delivering key support and spiritual care across various healthcare settings.

With a keen ability to establish cooperative relationships, Ian excels in interpreting and resolving complex cases, demonstrating superior communication skills, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence.

Specializing in Grief Counseling, Crisis Intervention, and Spiritual Direction, Ian is passionate about addressing and navigating grief, loss, and helplessness, leveraging his extensive background as a Hospice Chaplain.

Additionally, Ian brings a wealth of experience as a Former Senior Pastor and Senior Executive Leader, skilled in fundraising, team development, vision implementation, and strength-based executive leadership, with a proven record of exceptional servant leadership.

His educational background includes a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Organizational Leadership, Theology, and Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Hope International University, and a Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.

Currently serving as a Hospice Chaplain at SHORES HOSPICE, Ian has also held roles as a Community Manager/Minister of Culture at Bucket Technologies and as a Lead Pastor at Active Church.
