This allows their next of kin, and the businesses that support them, to communicate and access information seamlessly, saving a huge amount of pain in the event of their death.Once I’ve Gone creates a vital line of communication between individuals and the relevant charities, legal, financial and end of life providers involved in their estate. This allows businesses to have up to date information on their client, so they can be more proactive and attentive to the needs of their clients and increase their level of service. The existing processes for the notification of a death are extremely outdated. Next of kin are often unable to find contact information, paperwork and advice they need because their loved ones haven’t planned for the event of their death and businesses often aren’t even aware of their client’s death, let alone in contact with their next of kin.Our digital estate planning platform builds better relationships between businesses and their clients and their families. In the event of a death, the next of kin are automatically put in touch with relevant businesses. This is critical in the event of a loved one’s death, so bereaved families are empowered with the right information and support.
