Ian Casswell

Ian Casswell has a diverse professional background in education and mentoring roles, having worked at various organizations in the UK and internationally.

He served as a Teacher and CAS Advisor at UWC Maastricht and as a Lecturer at UCL Institute of Education, bringing valuable experience to both teaching and advising roles.

Ian also contributed to teacher training at Warwick in Africa and held positions as a Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Warwick and Subject Coordinator at Harris Academy Purley.

His international experience includes roles such as International Support Officer at Teach For Australia and Selection Officer at Teach First, where he played key roles in education support and recruitment.

Ian's dedication to youth development and mentorship is evident through his involvement as a Launchpad Associate at The Young Foundation, Base Camp Manager at British Exploring Society, and Professional Mentor via the Teach First Programme at Crown Woods School.
