Ian Brock is a decisive leader with extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategy. He earned his BS in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and began his professional journey as a Financial Analyst at American Medical Response. He then transitioned to American Dental Partners where he served roles as Vice President of Finance, Planning and Investment, and Operations Services. He later founded I. H. Brock Consulting and has held executive positions at several dental management companies such as Ascendant Dental, Maeva Dental Advisors, and Simply Dental Management. Currently, Ian serves as the BizOps Chief Financial Officer for Healthcare at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), where he maximizes growth opportunities while balancing costs and resources and aligns strategic initiatives with targets for revenue, cost control, employee development, and engagement.
